Q: My cat is indoor only. Do have a policy suited to that?

We do have an indoor only option available. If your cat is currently an indoor cat, but you plan to give them outdoor access later (e.g. when they are older, or when they have gotten used to your new home), please choose "indoor" when purchasing the insurance, then contact our customer service team to change this for you once the cat has outdoor access.

Q: Am i covered if my cat is missing or stolen?

Q: Will my pet's insurance increase with age?

Q: Can i insure my 13yr old cat?

We have no upper age limit, meaning that even older pets are welcome even if they have never been insured before. Please note: Some coverage limitations may apply for older pets, as pre-existing conditions are not covered.
