Tractive offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans.

If you cancel after the first 30 days:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

• It will not renew automatically.

• Refunds are not available for prepaid annual or multi-year plans after the initial 30-day period.
